General conditions and services

• The apartment number will not be guaranteed, only the chosen category. We will do our best to please everyone.
• A credit card will be required at the time of booking, with the name of the cardholder and expiration date.
• A deposit of €200.00 will be required for each apartment booked, which will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided at the time of booking. The amount will be released at the end of the stay, barring any damage or inconvenience to the property.
• A mandatory supplement of € 70.00 for cleaning and € 70.00 for linen will be required for each apartment booked, which will be paid in advance via credit card provided at the time of booking. The cost of the tourist tax will be € 2.00 per person per night to be paid on site.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Mandatory documents for registration (passport or identity card) must be sent in advance (at least two weeks before the stay) to the email address booking@residenceuliveto.it. Only after receiving all the documents, the exact number of the apartment and the secret code to open the safety deposit box containing the keys will be provided.

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be applied.
• For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to the cost of 3 nights will be charged.
• For cancellations after this deadline, no-show or early departure, the cost of the entire unused stay will be charged.

• Additional beds on request at a cost of € 20.00 per day.
• Pets allowed on request € 15.00 per day (they can never be left alone in the apartment or free in the garden).
• Children up to the age of 2 will be provided with a cot and high chair free of charge (upon request at the time of booking).

• All apartments are equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, dishes, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
• Residence Uliveto includes the following services for guests: uncovered parking space, shared laundry, children's playground, swimming pool, children's pool, ping pong table, BBQ area.

• School groups will not be accepted.
